Refund Policy

1. Our satisfaction guarantee

[Legal Business Name] offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for the BuildBook Contractor System file you purchased. If you selected the optional Lifetime Updates + Priority Support add-on, the request may cover that add-on as part of the same order. You may request a refund for any good-faith reason within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. You do not need to prove that the product failed, but we may ask for brief feedback so we can improve it.

2. Consumer rights are preserved

This voluntary guarantee does not limit any refund, replacement, repair, cancellation, or other remedy that may be required under the Philippine Consumer Act, Internet Transactions Act, or another applicable law. If you believe the digital product was not delivered, materially differs from its description, or is defective, tell us promptly so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

3. How to request a refund

Send your request by email to vaurenworks@gmail.com. Include the purchaser name, order email, payment date, amount, and any payment reference or confirmation email. Never send your UnionBank, bank, or e-wallet PIN, password, or one-time password.

We will acknowledge a complete request and ordinarily provide a decision within 5–7 business days. If more information is needed, we will explain what is missing. This review period does not remove any statutory right or remedy.

4. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayMongo payment method (GCash, Maya, card, or bank), subject to the information needed to complete the transfer. We will not ask for a password or PIN. Bank, e-wallet, or payment-network processing times may vary after we initiate the refund and are outside our control.

5. Digital access after a refund

Because the product is delivered digitally, approval of a refund ends the product license. You must stop using the BuildBook file and delete the workbook and other downloaded copies from devices and cloud storage under your control. We may deactivate download links or request reasonable confirmation of deletion. This requirement does not affect a consumer’s legal right to obtain a remedy.

6. Duplicate, unauthorized, or fraudulent payments

If you believe you paid twice or did not authorize a payment, contact us immediately with the transaction details. We may verify the transaction with the relevant payment records and suspend fulfillment while investigating suspected fraud. We will not treat a good-faith payment dispute as a waiver of your lawful rights.
