1. Agreement and consumer rights

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, price, delivery method, refund policy, and privacy policy. These Terms apply together with applicable Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Product and delivery

The product is a digital spreadsheet-based business tool for recording project costs, billing, and sales, expenses, cash flow, and profit information. The available one-time plan prices are Basic at ₱399, Pro at ₱699, and Complete 12-in-1 at ₱1,299, inclusive of the currency shown at checkout. An optional Lifetime Updates + Priority Support add-on may be selected at checkout for an additional fee. After you submit the required payment confirmation step, the plan-specific tracker and bonus download links are sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for entering a working email address and for keeping the download message secure.

Product functionality depends on the spreadsheet application and device you use. We aim to keep the files usable as described, but the product is not a point-of-sale system, accounting certification, tax filing service, legal service, or guarantee of business profit.

3. Payment and order fulfillment

Payment is processed by PayMongo, a licensed third-party payment processor, through its secure hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number, GCash PIN, or other payment credentials. Once PayMongo confirms your payment, our system automatically emails your download link to the address you provided at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If an order appears fraudulent or a payment cannot be verified, we may delay or decline fulfillment and will contact you using the information supplied at checkout.

4. License and permitted use

After a valid purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the workbook for your own personal or internal business operations. If you purchase the optional Lifetime Updates + Priority Support add-on, that add-on applies to the BuildBook file updates and support channel described at checkout. You may make reasonable backup copies for that use. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, publish, upload, share download links, distribute, or create a competing template from the product or its included materials.

Ownership of the workbook, written content, design, branding, and other intellectual property remains with [Legal Business Name] or the applicable rights holder. If a refund is approved, the license ends and you must delete all copies under your control.

5. Acceptable use and accuracy

You must use the site and product lawfully and must not attempt to defraud PayMongo or this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or use the product to mislead another person. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for reviewing formulas, records, and outputs before relying on them. The workbook is an organizational tool and does not replace advice from a qualified accountant, tax professional, lawyer, or financial adviser.

6. Availability, corrections, and support

We may correct typographical errors, update files, change site content, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. The optional Lifetime Updates + Priority Support add-on does not promise a particular number of updates, a specific response time, or custom spreadsheet work unless separately agreed in writing. If a paid download is materially defective or cannot be delivered, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a corrected file, replacement delivery, or refund where applicable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the product will meet every business-specific requirement.

7. Refunds and statutory remedies

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is described in the Refund Policy. It is in addition to, and does not reduce, any non-excludable remedy available under Philippine consumer-protection law. Fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized transactions may be investigated before a refund is issued.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Legal Business Name] is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the product, including loss caused by incorrect data entry, spreadsheet incompatibility, device failure, or business decisions made without independent review. This clause does not exclude liability that Philippine law does not allow a seller to exclude, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or a non-waivable consumer right.

9. Complaints, governing law, and dispute resolution

Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve a complaint fairly and promptly. If the concern cannot be resolved, you may use the remedies and complaint channels available under Philippine law, including the appropriate DTI or other government process. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
